Fryeburg Veterinary Hospital

We have had the blessing of stumbling upon the Fryeburg Vet Hospital over 15 years ago when we moved into Maine. Game changer!! We came from Connecticut & every single person on staff from doctor to receptionist, technician to intern have truly been amazing. Their shared knowledge & deep compassion for each ‘client’ they encounter is heart warming. We live less than 1/2 mile from the Bridgton Vet & 10 minutes from the Naples vet. Yet we choose to travel close to 30 minutes to, in our humble opinion, the very best veterinarian hospital. They have seen us thru the passings of 3 very old fur babies & now we are on a new adventure with a puppy! Thank you to an incredible staff EVERY SINGLE ONE IF YOU!

Dr. Murphy was fantastic and so helpful with my sick hen. Very informative and helped me alter diets to fit my flock. The clinic itself is spacious, clean, and efficient. Lovely waiting area with plenty of seating and an entry way accommodating for clients and patients who are leaving and/or coming in. Staff were very excited to meet my chicken and it really made my day. I live an hour away and will definitely continue bringing my flock here. Would definitely recommend this clinic for poultry care.

The vet & staff at Fryeburg Veterinary Hospital were knowledgeable, welcoming & professional. We were on vacation in the area when our dog became ill. They were able to fit us in for an appointment, prescribe some medication, and thankfully our dog is now on the mend.

I recently moved so i switched my cat to have a visit/well-check at Fryeburg veterinary hospital and I could not be more impressed! Everyone was so welcoming and lovely. I didn't wait long at all (i did online paperwork to move things along) and there was very spacious, comfortable seating. The doctor called us back and it was smooth sailing from there on out. I highly recommend this pet hospital. Thank you all so much for being so friendly and caring.
