Fruth Pharmacy

I transferred my prescriptions to Fruth Pharmacy after Drug Emporium quit dispensing drugs. The Pharmacy staff at Fruth are very friendly. The only problem I have is I am not able to remove the lids from the senior citizen proof medication bottles. My hands will not let me twist the lids off. I have no children under the age of 50 years old. No grandchildren either. Why can't Fruth Pharmacy supply a medicine bottle with a removable lid like the medicine bottles of 60 years ago. Just a simple pop off lid, no twist of the lid is needed. I have requested the flip off lids at each medication refill. I have to go without my medication until I can get intouch with my daughter to open my medication bottles for me. Tonight I have to go without my heart medication and my arthritis medi

Fruth has an excellent delivery service, if you can't get there to pick them up. I've never had a problem with getting my meds, and the pharmacists and staff are very friendly, professional and really get to know you like family.

Visited the Kanawha City location where I encountered the two most helpful individuals in the healthy life section. Mariah and Jaylen went beyond expectation with the customer service I received. In this day and age you don't encounter that very often. These young ladies need recognition for their knowledge and awesome service I received. Those two ladies are the reason I will definitely be shopping that location now. Great job girls, I truly appreciate you both.

Prescriptions not filled correctly. Use bubble pack. Pharmacist hateful when asked about it. Would not look at my meds. Got sick, severe withdrawl. Son looked at my meds. No klonopin three weeks! Took me to pharmacy, pharmacist renting and raving all was correct. Son said look at sealed packs, what's missing? Took a while to get better. This has happened to others. I use a different pharmacy now

When I asked to have my prescriptions switched they never switched them had to keep calling and having walgreens call them multiple times a day for a few days straight.
