Got an appointment right away, sameday, was seen and treated. The staff and technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

The vets and staff are very caring. My dog has reactive issues because of an attack by an off leash dog as a puppy. They where very accommodating to his issues.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I have a 3 legged 10 pound dog that was seen for toe nail issues on his single paw. The vet told me to come back to let them cut toe nail because it will grow back different due from Cauterization. Sam or Samantha at front said we don’t do toe nails didn’t even notice my dog had 3 legs and said we haven’t done nails in 6 years . I was there in 2024 for nail clipping and nail procedure. Very rude front desk. Not caring or helpful to special pets needs. Very disappointed. I was willing to pay for appointment to make sure my dog received proper care. I will not be back. Dr Pepper should do some customer service training unless that’s the image he wants to put out. Avoid if possible . 1:02pm 28JUN25 .

Kind, Caring, and Compassionate! I can’t say enough good things about fruitville vet clinic! Their staff was able to get my beloved Dolly in today , and I am so grateful! The doctor is professional and clearly knows how to help your furry babies. The vet nurses are kind, caring and very skilled. Their prices are extra fair and lower compared to what I’ve experienced at other places. I won’t ever go anywhere else for my pet care !

I was looking for a new vet and decided to call Fruitville Veterinary Clinic based on the good reviews. I needed an appointment as soon as possible and was able to get in the next day with Dr. Conde who told me she has been working there as a relief veterinarian for 21 years, but is only there on Wednesdays. We connected immediately and she is amazing. She has so much knowledge and did more explaining than my previous vets ever did. I also like that she is supportive of the holistic approach we use whenever possible with our dogs. I have been back a second time already and unless it can't wait, I will always schedule my appointments on Wednesdays when she is there. Thank you Dr. Conde!!
