I'm so thankful to Dr. Frost and her wonderful team for completely alleviating my "dentist-phobia" over the last 3 years. I have neck and spinal fusions and get claustrophobic if forced to hold my head in an uncomfortable position. That's never been an issue at Frost Dental- they keep pillows and rolled blankets on hand to assure comfortable head positioning and all I have to do is raise my hand if I need a time-out for repositioning during a procedure. Dr. Frost is so friendly and always makes the time to thoroughly explain any dental findings and answer all my questions. I'm a retiree with traditional Medicare and no dental coverage. For most of my life, I have gone to MX for my dental work, so I am embarrassingly unfamiliar with how insurance works. BUT I finally scheduled an appointment with Frost Dental after getting new insurance in January 2026. The same day as my appointment, just a few hours before, Nicole from the front desk called to apologize for not verifying my insurance sooner and said she would check it. When she called back, she told me they no longer accept my insurance. I asked directly whether I should cancel and find a provider who does accept it. Instead of giving honest guidance, she insisted I keep the appointment. Bc I was in significant pain, I trusted her and kept the appointment. Once there, I again asked about the insurance. She never disclosed that I would be paying out of pocket for that v

attempted to schedule an appointment, but the front office staff (sounded like an older woman) had a noticeably disturbingly negative/ inappropriate attitude. It made me very uncomfortable with the idea of being treated here, so I chose not to proceed. I have also informed my family, who were planning to become patients, about my experience. Professionalism and courtesy matter, especially in healthcare.

I had my routine cleaning recently with Dr. Frost and Valerie, the hygienist, and the experience was fantastic. Valerie was incredibly gentle, thorough, and kind throughout the cleaning. She made sure I was comfortable and explained what she was doing, which I really appreciated. Dr. Frost was professional as always—friendly, attentive, and took the time to answer any questions I had. The entire team made the visit easy and stress-free. The office is clean, well-organized, and runs on time, which is always a plus. I highly recommend Dr. Frost and Valerie for anyone looking for top-notch dental care.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If going to the dentist can ever be pleasant for someone like me who gets SOOO anxious, Dr. Frost and her staff make it possible! They are always professional, incredibly patient, and go out of their way to help calm my nerves. The level of care is consistently exceptional, and I always leave feeling well taken care of.
