Dr. Rovner is an excellent doctor very caring, takes his time, and explains everything clearly. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff was extremely disappointing. When my insurance required documentation to continue covering my medication, the staff failed to handle it, became rude, and never returned calls. Even my insurance company was unable to speak to the doctor or the person in charge. I was forced to go back to my previous doctor just to get my medication approved. The staff makes a great doctor look bad. To make matters worse, after telling them I had started seeing my primary doctor, I received a letter stating Dr. Rovner would no longer be my physician. Very disappointing overall.

Horrible service! Staff dont have organization at all! Been waiting for many hrs We been here since 11 am to 1:50pm People came after and they where helped and from what i see they skipped us and they still want us to wait longer in another waiting area!! Never had such a bad experience at a place like this!!

Most of the reviews are about how good the doctor is, ok those individuals might be correct. But the truth of the matter is that his staff takes forever and appears to not care about the people. They call you in take your vitals then they send you back out. Just to sit there, because apparently there are no available rooms. The way I see it is that they overbook and the patients end up paying due to the staff being careless.

The wait times here are ridiculous!! Elderly patients told it will take 2-3 hours for them to be seen. Chairs are worn out and torn. N ot comfortable for elderly patients to sit at. Front office staff making excuses that there are only 2 doctors and they are running behind. No patient, much less elderly individuals should have to wait 3 hours for a 5 minute consultation with the doctor.

The doctors are good, but every other aspect is terrible. Patients are treated badly, they refuse to answer the phones, they are curt and unprofessional. They make you jump through hoops just to get an appointment, and they act like they are doing you some huge favor by just doing their jobs. If you have diabetes please find care and treatment somewhere else. All you are here is an insurance number they can squeeze money from in their eyes. It is very obvious that they do not care about us at all and hate working there as much as patients hate going there. Again, the doctors are fine, but it is not worth it to be mistreated at every step by the clinic. They love giving unasked-for and unwanted bad excuses when they get caught wrong and can't blame the patient. It is really awful here. I wi
