This is the noisiest doctor's office I've ever been in... Not the place to go when you're suffering from a migraine, this was the third visit, same experience every time. Long waits took 20 minutes for her to go up front & get two shots. Constantly screaming down the hallways at each other which is "extremely rude", "extremely unprofessional" & "extremely painful" when you have a severe migraine. They need to do less talking, less yelling & less walking around texting people on their phones & focus more on work. They could have been back in my room giving me the shots instead of piddling around. I had to step out twice & tell them I have to leave, I need my shots now. When I asked for them to turn the music down because of my migraine, you would have thought I was breaking someone's leg.

Long waits and most staff are medically uneducated. They're exceptions to this hence 2 stars instead of 0. A couple of their doctors or APRN's are very good at their job and genuinely care about the health of you and your family.

I would not recommend this after hours clinic to anyone with children. The Nurse is rude and unprofessional. She literally told my child she and another lady would hold her down to swab her nose if she didn’t allow her to do it or hold still this was a child. Which threw her into a full blown panic attack. She could have handled it in a different manner,

Thank you guys y'all, y'all rushed to help my lil brother brenten, he was having a seizure you guys called an ambulance and he was Life-flighted to the hospital in WV, it means the world to me what y'all did, hes safe because you guys moved so fast an got him safely there and got him right thank you!♡
