This place is great and everyone was really nice. I actually recently completed a cardiopulmonary exercise test with Michael, and I was really impressed by his professionalism and expertise. He took the time to explain how VO₂ max relates to performance and heart health, and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the test. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and in helping people — especially those in physically demanding fields — understand their results and improve their conditioning.

Mr Abad Santos has helped me some much in my health and fitness journey! He’s amazing and respectful. As a active wrestling bjj and boxing athlete plus a 13 year veteran currently serving as an Sergeant First Class, I wouldn’t be able to keep doing what I love if it wasn’t for him helping with my health! Extremely professional staff and great experience. Not always comfortable work with medical stuff but Micheal made it easy working with the ekg and getting my VO2 max established. Great experience!

Michael is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional during the physicals. He explains things in a way that make it easy to understand. This company is amazing for firefighter health, screening, and education!
