Froedtert Pharmacy - Tosa Health Center

Been going here for years and the staff here are phenomenally friendly and knowledgeable. During a shortage for a med I'm on, they even helped me find locations that did have it in stock and gave me tips on dealing with my insurance. They're prompt, patient, and highly organized, and never make me feel rushed if I have questions. I dunno man, never had a pharmacy experience so solid for so long that I felt compelled to leave a glowing review but here we are lol. Highly rec'd, especially if you see doctors in the Froedtert system already!

Since I have moved my rx's to Froedtert I have has excellent service and have been able to get one of my prescriptions that always seemed to be out of stock else where without delay. I recently moved my Prescriptions from CVS Target because they were very poorly run put me on waiting lists for a couple of prescriptions, etc.

Usually very prompt, but sometimes staff is so focused in the back, you may have to verbalize you're waiting to be acknowledged

They always have what I need and they're very polite.

Always a great expierence. Fantastic customer service.
