Frisco Quick Care

They were efficient at booking appointments and getting patients seen. The service itself was quick. However, the overall tone of interactions with the staff was not very pleasant. It started at check-in and continued with the nurse in particular. The experience did not feel welcoming. That said, the quick service is why I’m giving three stars. This could definitely be improved. Update: After reviewing the Nurse Practitioner's information and using Gemini to gain a better understanding, I realized I was not treated properly. It was nice to be seen by someone licensed, but it was not the same as being seen by a doctor. I felt dismissed, which led me to use AI for better understanding. We were seen quickly after arriving to our scheduled appointment. All staff were kind and accomodating, and we received the appropriate prescription for my daughter's ear infection. Payment was also reasonable and easy. I gave 4 stars for a few minor reasons. The staff member who initially saw us (MA, I presume) did not introduce herself or her role, and she did not measure my child's height when taking her weight (also, when she measured the weight she didn't have my daughter remove her shoes or jacket—I had her remove them so the weight will be accurate). She brought us into the exam room, and after I told her I wasn't sure what my child's height is she did bring her out to measure her. Had a great experience with Reonna the front desk, she was very friendly and went above and beyond to make my experience great. She kept me informed of the wait time, as well as making sure I was taken back to a room immediately. And my experience with Michelle was also great, she always listens, and takes her time with me. I recommend this urgent care, they are fast, easy to work with and always on point with treatment.

The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough throughout my visit. I felt listened to, well cared for, and never rushed. The video appointment was smooth and convenient, making the entire experience very positive.

I had a great overall experience. It was my first time there, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was able to make a convenient appointment and spent little time waiting. The nurse practitioner was friendly and throughout and I was in and out quickly. The office is very clean and inviting and I would definitely return.
