I should have read the reviews before I scheduled an appointment. Extremely disappointed in the lack of employee knowledge regarding the "levels" of service for a basic office visit. Shame on me for not calling and confirming the cost of a standard office visit, but to find out after the fact that a cash visit would of cost me $175.00. However, I was charged for a level 3 office visit at $425.00 because I have insurance? I would have paid less going to Care Now and received better service.

Dr. Vyza is fantastic—truly one of the best. But the front desk and billing department are incredibly unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. I’ve provided my current insurance information multiple times, both over the phone and in person. Yet they still billed my previous year’s insurance and now expect me to pay out of pocket. When I called to resolve it, the billing team kept insisting they never received the updated insurance, despite my repeated efforts. No accountability, no willingness to help—just blame-shifting and stonewalling. It’s a shame that such a great doctor is surrounded by such poor administrative support. If you go here, double-check everything with the front office and be prepared to fight for basic billing accuracy.

Had my annual physical after switching doctors to Dr. Jun. Had an AMAZING visit. The front desk was incredibly sweet and patient with me, Jessica was great. Eric came by for my initial admit and was superbly cheerful and great to speak with. Lastly, Dr. Jun was AWESOME, it felt like I was conversing with a friend allowing me to be as open and honest about my needs and health. While I found them on a whim, I highly recommend this office, just a great staff all around.

I've been a patient here for over 10 years. When my children turned 18, they also became patients. I have also referred other relatives whom are very happy with the care and treatment they receive. The doctors and the full staff are all wonderful. Thank you Dr. Wang and the staff of FPC for taking great care of me and my family all these years!

Don't even think of going here....appointment was scheduled for 2pm,was on time,filled paperwork in less than 15minutes. Waited for 30minutes...vitals taken,waited for another 30min, Dr not in...tried to ask, front desk was rude and said if I dont wanna wait I can reschedule!! Been waiting for 1 and half hrs!! Pathetic to say the least. Look for somewhere else to go.
