If I could give these people a minus stars it would be more accurate. They are the most incompetent practice of dentists that I have ever seen or experienced in my life. At every level, incompetence rules. From the receptionist to the dentist, they have been nothing but unacceptable and unable to provide the service a client needs. When they did my xrays, the missed an entire side of my mouth. They told me this but didn't retake the xrays. The dentist was in such a hurry that my cleaning is suspect. When I asked them to send xrays to another dentist, I was told that it took about a week to "download them." When, two weeks later I called to find out why the records were never sent, I was told I had to sign a release and they had sent me an email asking for this. I never received such an ema

Dr. Nawabi is an amazing dentist! She's incredibly patient and diligent, always taking the time to explain every step of my treatment and making sure I'm comfortable throughout. I’ve had several procedures done, and she’s always been gentle and reassuring, helping me feel at ease. The office is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Nawabi for anyone looking for a compassionate, skilled dentist!She is highly experienced and an expert at identifying jaw issues, such as TMJ. She is truly a godsend, offering incredible expertise and care in addressing these concerns. Her knowledge and skills have been invaluable, and I can’t recommend her enough.

I have been coming here for years and have dealt with their insane disorganization (misinformation, front desk mix-ups, canceling and rescheduling every single appointment I’ve ever booked) because up until recently, the dental care itself was fine. My recent appointment was bizarre. The dentist (she never introduced herself, don’t know her name) was 10 minutes late to my appointment. I was the first appointment of the day for reference. She began working on my teeth and had me suction for her because her assistant called out sick. She mentioned not knowing how to use something several times before skipping these steps and saying I’d “be good”. At one point she said she didn’t know why the drill was so fast and tested it on my tooth to see if I could stand the speed since she couldn’t slow

My new provider gave the utmost care, patience, persistence, and consistent. All patients should have someone of his caliber to service them! It has been well over a decade since any dental named individual performed in such a profound manner aside from being a "professional". I refuse to be bias, I thank him (Benjamin Pass), and I acknowledge his perfection! All the very best, XOXOXO

I went to Friendship Smiles after having an emergency root canal. I was very blessed to get an appointment within a week. Though I’m still goin thru ongoing treatment bc I have a few issues to address, I’m very grateful and pleased with the services at this location. My experience with the front desk( Gloria) was very pleasant and I found her friendly and helpful. My dentist( Dr. Pass and Andres) they worked very hard and well together to address my issues. I found the process pretty pain less, and I honestly feel things are moving forward toward having a healthy smile! This place has given me hope to correct past dental issues.
