These guys are amazing.. Thanks for helping me and my daughter!!! I am leaving town, and I called them, they expedited and the script is supposed to be delivered today now, two days before I leave town- so we won't be in the lurch... and its a BIG deal if we didn't get it in time!!

I've been using Friends for over a year now. They are so fast and efficient in delivering prescriptions to my home. I get text updates and can make changes and orders online. They have made it all very easy.

My physician sent a prescription to the wrong pharmacy. They were very helpful in directing me what to do, and getting the med in the mail immediately. Appreciate the prompt service! Thank you!

I called today 11/25/2025 for a refill. The person who answered was extremely RUDE! Unacceptable. I questioned his behavior and asked if this is how he speaks to all his customers. He completely dismissed the question. At the end of my call, I asked him for his name, and he HUNG UP! Ridiculous.

I called today to get my prescriptions, but unfortunately, the pharmacist that answer my phone call doesn’t listen to me so I change back with my other pharmacist that do listen and understand me very unacceptable. I read put one star I asked for my transmitter for a long time and they don’t wanna give it to me. There is no way that they have my old address when I just recent received prescriptions from friends pharmacy There is no way that they have my old address. They do have my new address, but they don’t wanna give it to me. I will call corporate 😠😤
