Friendly Medical Group PC

We love this practice! My kids love coming to the office because all of the staff and providers are excellent. We can always count on them to get us in for a same day sick visit and calls after hours with important test results.

The least friendly medical group you will ever come across. The staff and doctors are incompetent and the front desk woman literally just screamed at me that my child wasnt as important as the other children the doctor was seeing. My child has suffered and waited 2 weeks for his medicine to be filled due to their gross incompetence. I ended up having to pay out of pocket because they couldn't fill out a simple prior authorization form. Do yourself a favor and take your child elsewhere because this practice does not care and again, they are anything but friendly. They literally have no care or respect, as other people have mentioned in their reviews. I brought my eldest here 14 years ago under the original owners after a bad experience with a larger practice. She was terrified of doctors. When I came to Friendly Medical, the patience given to my daughter to relieve her fears was incredible. I have loved this practice from that first visit. Now my 19 year old is crying about having to go to an “adult doctor” and does not want to leave. My son was officially diagnosed autistic at 2. This office had me seek out early intervention at 1. They caught it early. And he was able to receive early intervention services , even before he was officially diagnosed. He has never had another physician and never will. They are thorough! Doctors and front staff very kind and helpful. Never once had to wait long for call back or for our appointment. They always offered me same day appointment in emergency. Highly recommend!

I am very disappointed by this practice. My whole childhood I was a patient at Friendly Medical Group and always had great experiences with them. As an adult, I wanted to establish my child as a patient there as well, although the practice is made up of different doctors now. When my child was born I called this practice wanting to set up our first appointment. After explaining my child’s situation, it was clear to me that they didn’t want to deal with a child that had some special needs at the time. The office staff came off rude and continuously told me they had to give me a call back. I would never receive a call back unfortunately, and had to call everyday for almost 2 weeks to finally be told they were not going to be accepting new patients.
