Excellent as always! I had some issues going on with my eye and Dr Cortes took her time and listened to all my questions and answered them! She is the best and really cares about her patients! Im grateful for her and told her at my visit that I would have to follow her if she ever left Chatham! All of the staff is wonderful! Just makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave!

The doctors and all staff are very professional and helpful. I don't have one negative thing to say about them at all. Eyeglass selection could be updated a bit. However, their policy of not giving out your PD is outdated and borders on illegal. I paid for an eye exam and even purchased one pair of prescription glasses. Guess I'll have to switch to a 'big box' optometrist to get my pupillary distance.

Everyone was so nice. They made mine and my daughter's appointment quick and easy.

Very nice, friendly and professional. Same day new patient emergency appointment. Length of time on phone and call back short and answered all questions and concerns. Appointment didn't feel rushed and explained treatment and possible follow-up treatment and length of time/care. Length of appointment timely and very reasonable. Office and staff clean/professional. Very satisfied with entire experience!

Everyone there cares about your well being and talks to you thoughly about everything concerning your eyes. Very friendly and professional people from check in to check out. Highly recommend this place
