Fresenius Kidney Care Ventura

My mom went for in center treatment early in the morning for approximately 2-3 weeks. Gerry who works greeting customers is very friendly and helpful. From the dietitian, charge nurse to the nurses/techs everyone was really nice and made my mom very comfortable. They also have an amazing "home" training department where they will show you how to do either peritoneal or hemodialysis at home. It is an intense 4 week, but they want to make sure you know what you will be doing. The 4th week was done at home after they set us up with the portable hemodialysis system and supplies. Nurses Jules and Lupe were there for me with any questions. I have nothing but praise for these ladies as I am now doing the treatments at home. My mom feels better and more comfortable here at home. I wanted to share what a great service I received at Fresenius Ventura during one week stay to see my family. The head nurse Mark and the nurses that provided dialysis treatment were so great and professional that I only can say thank you guys you are the best !

They take great care of my husband. It's a ways to travel but it has to be done. I wish they'd open a kidney care facility in Ojai/Oak View.
