I’ve been bringing my pets to this vet for over eight years, and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The entire team treats you like family and your pet as if they were their own. The staff is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure every visit is a positive experience. It’s clear they truly love what they do, and that makes all the difference. I’m so grateful for the wonderful care they’ve given my pets over the years!

I am so blessed that I found this facility. When my giant furbaby was all blocked up, I was incredibly worried, but the staff here were all so friendly and reassuring from the moment we walked in. They really took care of him. ​The veterinarian was wonderful; he explained everything to me clearly, patiently answering all my questions. He even showed me all of the x-rays and took the time to explain exactly what he was seeing, which helped me understand the situation completely. ​They took such good care of my furbaby through the whole process. I was so impressed with the level of care and professionalism that I even provided their information to other family members so they can make appointments for their furbabies as needed. I can't recommend them highly enough!

If you’re looking for a veterinarian with great bedside manner and a ton of experience, look no further. The technicians are amazing as well. These guys have truly have the compassion it takes to be amazing at what they do. My cat came in with a painful hematoma and is understandably uncomfortable at the vet in general. She was handled with care and love to make her experience as stress-free as possible. As someone in the animal industry myself, I will be recommending this place to my clients. Incompetence Disguised as Caution My experience at French Valley Veterinary Hospital with Dr. Jasbir S. Deol raised serious concerns about competence, confidence, and leadership. The doctor was unable to draw blood from my large dog—a routine procedure. Instead of adjusting technique or directing his staff with confidence, he became flustered and ultimately asked me to physically hold my dog still so he could proceed. That is not standard practice and showed a clear loss of control. The technicians were put in an uncomfortable position. Their hesitation mirrored the doctor’s uncertainty. New to winchester area and needed a vet for my dog loki so I called this Vet Office and they booked me straight away. Kristal, Becky and the staff were all great and very professional.
