They didn't count my pills properly they didn't give me enough of the one medication and gave me too much of the other one and they refused to give me a medication in 2019 because they didn't think I needed it don't know why Icame back I'm done

Women there are not very friendly, dont have much for over the counter , cant belive freeland has alot of restaurants and not a real pharmacy, even little auburn has more then this place

Horrible customer service. The pharmacist has been helpful. And I’ve spoken to one gentleman that was pleasant. However, there’s a couple girls that are absolutely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. I usually only go there for urgent prescriptions so that I don’t have to drive to Midland. That stops now. They have fully lost our business. It sounds like others have had the same experiences with the same people. It’s unfortunate that a corporate pharmacy has top tier customer service compared to a hometown business that should give you that pleasant experience. I hope Freeland Pharmacy doesn’t risk their business by continuing to allow the actions of these employees, who are obviously not one-offs based solely on the reviews here.

For the most part, they provide a good service. You have to call and remind them of refilling your meds. and keep doing that until they do though. If you need a specific brand name or a specific manufacturer, they won’t do that as it will be expensive for them as being a local pharmacy. It’s understood.

Had been a loyal customer for years, had some hiccups but tried to remain loyal to small town company. Yesterday had my last straw. No communication if there are no refills, etc, they will NOT call you to inform you of these situations. Pharmacists exact words "we do not have time to call, we expect you to know that information". That is fine, but be professional and care about your customers health. No need to be arrogant and rude. I should add that this is the pharmacist, the person that checks out is very friendly. Moved to Meijer today, and they actually text you for updates!
