Freedom Medical Alert

Don't even consider using this company. Once they hook you, they are impossible contract I am not sure more then two occupy an office. I have been trying to contact them for three weeks now, they hold you on the line for 6 minutes then tell the person at ext.5000 is unavailable (there is no ext 5000 if you try that ext it reverts back to the recording). I canceled my service and hey continue to deduct the service fee and won't return my overcharge this company is bad news. I will have to cancel and reopen to keep my money.

They suck ass don't get this company at all because they don't help when you are having a medical problem
