I've been a Patient of Dr. Neibauer for over 15 years. Hands-down he's the best dentist I've ever had. Today was the 1st time I went to the new office. From the moment I walked in, as usual the front desk staff was welcoming and professional, and I was taken back exactly on time. When Dr. Neibauer came in for the exam, as always he was calm and transparent. He used digital X-rays to show me exactly what was going on. The office itself is spotless and features state-of-the-art technology, making the entire visit feel modern and efficient. I truly appreciated that I never feel rushed, and all my questions about future treatment options were answered clearly. If you’re looking for a skilled dental team that prioritizes patient comfort and high-quality care, I highly recommend this practice!

My first experience having a procedure done here was great (2nd visit). Staff was friendly and considerate. The dentist numbed my mouth and it's the first time the pain was minimal out of the numerous times I've had procedures at the dentist. He and the hygienist had me in and out in 1 1/2 hours including the time it took to make a permanent crown. Minimal pain after the procedure. Pretty remarkable compared to my past experience at other dental offices. Definitely will be coming back.

Best dentist in Northern VA!!! Dr.Justin Neibauer is the absolute best so is his staff we have been going to them for years!! They are outstanding with children, especially ones with special needs. This was my first visit, and I found Dr. Neibauer to be very friendly, professional and efficient. He provided me with great options for dental plans and explained everything thoroughly, clearly and made it very easy to understand and make the best choice for my overall plan. The new facility is also very nice and state of the art!

I do not think I have ever been so mistreated. The hygienist Sophia first asked me if I was having any problems. I started to explain my teeth are in bad condition because I keep vomiting. Then zoom she just walked out. Then another woman comes in and asks me if I am sick, which I replied no. She then exclaims that the hygienist cannot get sick because she is getting married. Ok but I am not sick like that nor am I contagious. Mind you I had cancelled a previous appointment because I was sick and did not want to spread my germs. Which she asks again if I am sick. I go on to explain how I am seeing a doctor due to gastroparesis and that is why I have been vomiting. She then questions if I was diagnosed by a doctor and asks again if I was sick.
