Dr. Palmer is an absolute gem! She traveled an hour out of her way to come to our home and provide care for my husband, and we couldn't be more grateful. She is incredibly understanding, caring, attentive, and compassionate—everything you could hope for in a doctor. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, taking the time to listen and address every concern with kindness and professionalism. More doctors should be like her! Dr. Palmer saw me for an emergency visit. Scheduling was very easy. I could not say enough good words about her. The scheduling was very easy, she came quickly and arrived on time. She was very friendly, professional and understood my health concern for the visit. Dr. Palmer was very thorough and knowledgeable, made sure all my questions were answered. I felt that I was given the necessary time and attention. She prescribed medication and submitted for the appropriate tests. Additionally, Dr. Palmer followed up with me in on how I’m doing. Her treatment was spot-on and I felt much better within a couple of days. It’s a very different experience than going to a regular PCP. She will be my top choice in the future should I need a medical help.

I recently contacted Dr. Palmer to schedule a wellness visit for my mother who is housebound. It was a smooth process between scheduling the appointment and the appointment itself. I participated via phone while my mother was being examined so I would be in the loop and ask any questions. Dr. Palmer was very thorough with her examination and responding to any concerns. She was there for 2 hours, much longer than you would expect with a visit to your primary care doctor these days and the price was right.
