Amanda consistently delivers a quality massage. She’s been working on me for years and it’s never the same routine. She listens to my concerns and by the end of the session, everything feels addressed and nourished. I honestly don’t think I have ever been more relaxed. She is the only massage therapist who has spent time on my neck and seems to understand how to unlock the myriad of tight spaces. Thanks Amanda for being such a wonderful resource!

This is exactly what I’ve been needing! Since moving to the area many years ago I’ve struggled to find quality massage and spa services that are professional and this knowledgeable. She is not only knowledgeable about anatomy, she is also tuned in to feeling what your body really needs. I went to her specifically for Injury Recovery Massage for a healing broken elbow with mangled and inflamed soft tissue and NO range of motion after one month in a cast. I was nervous, as I couldn’t lie face down and could barely move my arm, but she helped me find a comfortable position and put me at ease so that I could allow my body to relax into the therapy. I have complete faith she will help me get back to full capacity for both work as a personal trainer and all my active hobbies like mountain biking
