Fredericksburg Orthodontics

I’ve been coming here since I was in elementary school. I went off and moved but I wanted to get Invisalign because my teeth shifted. I wanted to come to this office because I’ve always had a great experience! Through my consultation to my delivery today, I’ve had Taylor as the assistant. She is so funny, so sweet, super informative, and quick! She is wonderful at what she does and makes the appointments fun and easy. She is extremely knowledgeable and I can’t say enough positive things! Everyone is super nice and helpful at this office but Taylor definitely is an assistant I want for every visit!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful First Visit! Today was our very first appointment at Fredericksburg Orthodontics, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Taylor, our treatment coordinator, was absolutely amazing — kind, fun, and patient with all of my husband’s quirky questions and comments. She made us feel instantly at home and made the visit so enjoyable. Jennifer was just as wonderful, taking the time to walk us through all of our billing questions and making sure we fully understood and felt comfortable with everything. The entire office has such a welcoming and friendly vibe. We’re so happy we chose Fredericksburg Orthodontics and can’t wait to continue our journey with them!

My first appointment was phenomenal and Dr. Almy is wonderful. I give 4 stars because the tech who applied my Invisalign today was a bit unpleasant. Not sure if she was having a rough day or not, but she surely wasn't as friendly/nice as everyone else seems throughout the office.

I have to be honest. I was a little disappointed today. Dr Almy came by to look at my son and didn't acknowledge my presence at all. She spent a few seconds looking at his mouth and moved on. The assistant was not very gentle or patient as in the past. Hoping I have a better experience next time.

My daughter was seen here and cut her treatment short because of the unprofessional comments one of the providers made to her. She did not feel comfortable returning. My daughter was crying and was really nervous about starting her Invisalign treatment ,instead of making her feel calm she told my daughter "why are you crying, you need to do this your teeth are messed up" SHE'S 17! You don't tell a young adult that kind of stuff. I'm not asking for her to be coddled but at least be professional. I am a nurse and I would never treat my patients in that manner. I'm also being seen by this clinic, and there has been more than a few times the front desk staff showed no respect and genuine care.
