Fredericksburg Nursing and Rehabilitation

My family recently placed me in this facility based on earlier reviews. It was a nightmare. They were grossly understaffed and unresponsive to my call bell when I needed to go to the bathroom. The room was utterly bleak. There were no tissues and no water bottles or pitcher. They were supposed to be ready with my pain medication upon my arrival from the hospital but they did not. The two lone staff members I actually did encounter had clearly not read my chart and were unaware of the acuity of my health situation. I cried all night and texted my husband at 4:00 in the morning to come get me and he was there by 5:00 AM. We fled as rapidly as we could. What a horrible place. I don't know how they stay open.

This facility is amazing. The staff really care and they are very involved with their patients. The facility is well maintained and very clean. We have my mom here and I can’t imagine having her any other place, she is very taken care of.

this facility is amazing! Never been to a facility that smells so clean. The residence look nice and happy! Activities happen everyday. The food looks so good I tried it myself an it was delicious. This is the place you need to bring your loved ones. Trust me

The review before me is from the DON named SKY for short. She is very unprofessional, arrogant and very confrontational. The place is understaffed and the residents do not receive the care they need even after letting the management know. Please reconsider placing your loved one here. Resident have to plead repeatedly to get a bath done.
