I will not even give the one star. My mother was severely constipated, looked like she was 6 months pregnant, and let me remind you my mother is like a 100 pounds. Soaking, wet.. I had to end up calling an ambulance and I'm glad I did. The ER doctor said she was so backed up. He had to use his own hand to get in there. And break it up. And he said, he definitely she should have definitely been seeing a lot. Sooner. Do not bring your loved one here. The nurses were mean to my mom, too. And I believe her because some of them were rude to me.

Broke my femur and had surgery. Mary Washington sent me here for rehab to transition home. This is a nursing home. They say there are two different areas for long and short term patients. My roommate (no one warned of a roommate) while very sweet, had clear permanent mental defections and was in no way “short term” the hall was filled with dementia patients, including men in their underwear, hollering constantly. Twice, one of these men stood in the doorway to my room, screaming and had to be removed. I immediately told them I was not staying. I was in a bedroom in need of cleaning and repair. There was no bathroom. I can’t walk, cannot even move myself in bed without help. The bed had one tiny rail. Immediate problem, I had to pee but no could help me use a commode “until tomorrow” when t

One night, my mother called me in tears , she had been left lying in her own feces and urine for over four hours. She repeatedly called the nurse's station, and each time they told her, “We’ll be there,” but no one ever showed up. When I arrived at the facility, I was shocked. I walked around the unit completely unnoticed trying to find someone in charge. There was no supervisor on duty, and several nurses and staff members were literally sleeping at their stations. I cannot express how disturbing it was to see how little regard they had for their patients' dignity and well-being. Needless to say, I removed my mother from that facility the very next day. If you’re considering this place for someone you love, please think twice. No one deserves to be treated this way.

My experience at this facility was beyond outstanding. All facility staff were attentive, encouraging and just overall exemplifying a superb standard of care throughout my stay!

There is a reason the ratings are low and they have fake ratings to offset the negative. This place is a dump. TVs and toilets barely work. The smell is pungent as soon as you walk in. Residents ride wheelchairs all through the parking lot because it’s no designated area for them to gather to get fresh air. I don’t think anyone there has a diploma or certificate. They just hire you if you can move patients around and deliver food. My grandma has had a UTI for 3 weeks and nothing was done. The beds are horrible and the workers have no control and just stick you in a room and ignore you. The workers will eat your loved one’s snacks you bring and then eat the cafeteria food as well. A worker at my grandmas food when she didn’t want it and told my grandma not to say anythin. Now, let’s get to
