I was trying to get an appointment for my 2 year old son to get a check up. These guys are the only people to take his insurance that are local to me 7.5 miles away. For some reason, they told me that this is too far of a distance for them to see him. Mind you, I would be driving him to their facility for a check up. It shouldn't matter if we live on Neptune, frankly. See my son for a check up - you're doctors! If you can explain this to me here in public, I'll remove my negative listing. Otherwise, people should know you're booking practices are rather capricious.

Pleasant drive to this location I found the staff to be very friendly and of course my doctor best bed side manners and would not change for the world I highly recommend this location ❤️

Try to get prescription refills is a nightmare for some reason.

Please change the lab times indicated on the website. Labs are not open during the hours they state on their website. They clean up 20 min prior to the time indicated on their website. Frustrating for someone that took off work early and was there within the time indicated, to be turned away.

AVOID this office at all costs!!! INCREDIBLY RUDE RECEPTIONIST AND HOUR AND HALF OF WAITING IN FRONT WAITING ROOM!!! I was going to be a new patient there and had my first appointment scheduled for 11:15 AM. I arrived at 11:05 AM to allow for time to fill out paperwork. The receptionist at the front was incredibly rude and basically threw the paperwork at me and told me I should have been there TWENTY minutes early and now I was going to set them behind (her words!) The waiting room was packed and it was obvious it was NOT going to be ME that set them behind. But, I still sped through the paperwork and returned it to the grumpy receptionist within five minutes.
