Frederick Pharmacy

Pharmacy employees. Especially Maria Velasquez is very rude. And if you look on the Internet it has nothing but bad reviews. About its staff it's employees behind the counter at the pharmacy. Whatever happened to? The. Customers? Always right hope the owner knows he lost our business. My woman has been waiting on her stroke medicine for 2 weeks. They had the wrong phone number they have not delivered it. I was told it is a courtesy. They do not have to do any of that after they told her 2 weeks ago they would I was yelled at and told to come to the pharmacy and get it myself the woman lives over an hour away. She cannot even use the right side of her body the employees at this pharmacy. You're horrible.

I felt like an inconvenience to them. They also don’t stalk certain medications well.

They are always prompt and friendly.

Been doing business with them for years. The staff is wonderful.

This pharmacy is bad about not having medications. They apparently can not calculate the amount of medication you need to last a month and are extremely rude and unprofessional.
