The receptionist was so kind. She greeted me as soon as a I came in and also made my daughter smile a few times which isn’t so easy when we’re in a new surrounding, she gets shy! The medical assistant was also kind. The provider answered all of our questions and gave us all info on things we needed reassurance on for her development. This office is smaller than frederick, but we loved it. Thank you guys!!

We had worst customer experience, our appointment is at 11.10 am . We arrived by 11.00. We were not called even until 11.35..when we asked front desk lady about that she said” you can leave and come back later” and she was talking to other nurse and saying your next patient angry.. we were just asking when will be called as me and husband kept out of office for an hour. When we make an appointment we expect to be seen by that time. It would be great if you can employ some one in the front desk who can make better customer interactions and empathy

The Government authorities says that Hapititis B Vaccine has a high risk of autism in children. But this FPA easily dismissed my concerns and says this is our policy and you should fully Vaccinate your child. The reason is profit as it's discussed in congress, fully vaccinated child makes them more bonus. Y dismissed parents serious concern on his/her child becoming autistic over the profit? Who we can trust?

This facility kicked out my child for not taking Hapititis B Vaccine. I did do my research and talked to doctors who are treating Autistic children, and they say 100 percent of parents say that their kids became Autistic after the Hapititis B Vaccine. They force you to get Hapititis B vaccine and none take any responsibility for side effects like Autism.

FPPC visits at their Urbana MD location was welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend to choose this site, for timely response and friendly staff.
