Frederica Pharmacy

I love this pharmacy! Mini and Matt are extremely knowledge and their staff very friendly and helpful. Best pharmacy I’ve ever used. However, they need to focus on being a pharmacy and not an ice cream shop. My only issue is how long it takes to get through the line due of the many kids coming in to get ice cream. Not to mention, having to put up with the rambunctious behavior and loud screams of kids. It has become almost unbearable. It is extremely annoying that customers who are paying large sums of money have to wait behind kids and families which are only spending a dollar or two on ice cream. The pharmacy can’t possibly be making any money on those purchases,..while at the same time pushing good customers to choose other pharmacies to avoid the kids and wait. Mimi and Matt, p

If customers who are actually coming to the pharmacy for prescriptions as the name Frederica “Pharmacy” implies, had priority over kids waiting for ice cream, I might give 5 stars. It’s a cute store, with nice staff. But, I dread walking in to pick up a prescription. It’s always the same scene, bratty kids whining for ice cream, while customers who actually need prescriptions are forced to wait. It would be so nice if ice cream did not take priority over pharmacy customers. It’s also irritating when the line is 5 deep with no explanation. No, “hey, be with you in a minute.” Just suffer in silence while ice cream is being served. I finally switched to mail order and it’s wonderful.

Their day-to-day service is allows outstanding with courteous service and a genuine desire to be helpful - juxtaposed to the local "3 initials" chain pharmacy... But it's the service at Frederica pharmacy in the "special situations" that's over the top. We had a family emergency and needed to go out of town immediately... but we had a prescription that had just been called in ... We phoned, explained the situation and by the time we drove to the store it was ready and waiting... THAT is genuine kindness and caring...

Usually, I like to stop by this local pharmacy to shop for vitamins and supplements. Unfortunately today I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome by the register attendant, Ashley R. Apparently she thought she was assisting a dog with her lack of interest in maintaining a friendly atmosphere. Ashley, simply put, Your attitude towards certain customers is plainly flat out wrong and unacceptable. Needless to say I will not return to your store again, when I can get the products from a more welcoming store.

THIS IS THE BEST PHARMACY EVER! Every time I come to refill my prescription I am met with wonderful customer service, and Wendy and Stephanie are always such a treat, along with all the other pharmacists! If you’re looking for a new pharmacy I highly encourage you to come here! They are quick and super friendly, what more could you want!!(plus it is so cute in there)
