Fred Meyer Pharmacy

I have been a customer for many years and am so thankful and appreciative of their service! They are the nicest team, very personable, kind and helpful. I am on vital medication and I feel that they work hard to ensure my refills are up to date, etc. I feel truly cared for and that is rare these days. Thank you to the entire team, I am so grateful for you!

I wanted to acknowledge how helpful your pharmacy employee Rose is. I call monthly to order my prescription if needed and she is always so nice to work with. The pharmacy gets so busy and I appreciate that she takes the time. I’ve used this location for 30yrs and have gotten to personally know many of the pharmacists and techs over the years. There are a few ppl who really stand out and Rose is great. Susan is another incredible person to work with.

I cannot believe how condescending and rude employee Rose is to patients. She is always sitting typing on the computer during long lines and doesn’t get up to help her coworkers. She speaks incredibly loud and everyone behind you in line hears your private information. I only go here out of convenience but I’ve heard from several people they don’t go back because of her. Wilsonville location is great though- all the staff there is kind and patient and understand they shouldn’t be so condescending to patients.

I want to be understanding but unfortunately every single time I pick up meds the staff is so not friendly at all. I don't feel valued as a customer. The only people that are nice there are the pharmacist when they explain a new medicine.

i have a strong belife that thepharmacy is selling our pills. they say that they cant and wont fill something the doctor says it is no problem you should get your meds. so you call to talk to management they say well it is too soon" too soon these are new pills" look i am not smart but i can tell you only one thing remains they are selling our pills my insurance say they were filled and fred meyer says they cant fill them. well there is only one thing left they are selling or taking the pills themselfs. i am getting sicker and at this point i do not care. i will go till i stroke out with with my blood preasre right now wont be long. so just go somewere else do not end up like me.
