Love wasting your time and standing line for 30-60minutes just to find out they never started filling your script that was sent to them 9hours prior and online said it would be ready at 12:15pm and its now 7:15pm? Then this is the perfect place to fill your prescriptions. Idk why it took me so long to decide this was ridiculous and send my script to Walgreens. But unless I wait two days, my script has never been ready for me. They clearly need more staff…and the demand is there so confusing why they wont hire more people.
Fredmeyer pharmacy in Canby, Oregon is the most incompetent and disorganized place that exists not only have they lost a fax from a vet to them, but then they lost the order 2 days later, when the vet actually called them in person. Then they are rude on the phone constantly putting you on hold, Even though you asked not to be on hold aftet already being on hold for fifteen minutes. Apparently a customer on the phone is not the same as a customer waiting in line and they are very rude. when you tell them, you've been on hold, then they literally said they can't talk to you. After being on hold for fifteen minutes or more I have been hung up on. This is no way for a business to be operated and Fred Meyer claims that the pharmacy is separate from the store. So who's supposed to be running th
This is the worst pharmacy ever! Not only do I wait in line for 30 minutes each time I go, the communication from the staff is horrible. I was prescribed a medication a month ago and still haven’t received it. I have been to the pharmacy 4 times and each time I call beforehand and am told that my medication is there and ready for me to pick it up. When I arrive, I am told that I have no medication ready for me and that nothing was ever ordered. Who is lying to me?! It is the most frustrating thing in the entire world to waste hours over the course of a month in a pharmacy line just to be told that the pharmacists on the phone lied to you about your medication being ready. This is my physical health that cannot be taken care of on account of this pharmacy. I am going to try a different phar
I haven't had any issues with any of the techs I've talked to (although reading the reviews, seems like I just got lucky). But just like everyone else is saying, this pharmacy is horrendously understaffed and has been for a very long time. Be prepared to wait up to 5 days for your prescription to be filled, and get here at least an hour before closing because you will wait in a line of people 10-20 deep once you get here. Clearly Kroger (Fred Meyer's owner) doesn't care in the slightest about how atrocious their pharmacies are (they would rather spend money buying more pharmacies than investing more into their current pharmacies who desperately need it, apparently), so expect it to stay this way for a long time.
I called to check the availability of my prescription, and was told it was ready for me to pick up. I was in the middle of asking them to check if the prescription is physically there because this would be the fifth time I’ve been told it’s available and then when I show up it actually was never ordered. The lady cut me off and put me on hold, then returned to rudely say that it is there and available before hanging up. I have spent a month dealing with the stupidity and rudeness of this pharmacy who has told me 4 different times that my medication is ready for pick up, then I wait in line for 30 minutes just to be told it’s not there. DO BETTER. It’s not that hard to communicate!
