Generally pretty rude, unhelpful and rarely have meds ready when needed. If you need your meds refilled quickly or in a timely manner look elsewhere

I find the female staff to be rude, abrupt and not helpful, probably because they are over worked, under paid and hate their jobs. Only 2 pharmacy in town, not like much competition for customers so they don't have to provide customer service

It's upsetting to read all the negative reviews here when people are not taking into account that the pharmacy has trouble finding help just like all the other businesses. They are operating short handed and taking on customers from the closed pharmacies, as well as having issues with supply chain. In my opinion they are doing their best. I for one have been a loyal customer for many years and, yes, I've experienced someone having a bad day, but my goodness cut these folks a little slack! Think about what they are up against! 98.9% of the time I get outstanding service with a smile, and my prescriptions are filled on time.

Love this store. Fred Meyer is one of the nicest Kroger stores in the country. No wonder Kroger bought them. Amazing selection of produce. Anything we wanted this store had. Cashier was very helpful when my Kroger card had an issue loading some specials. Great place to shop

(Based off of having to deal with them every month) they are absolutely horrible... I'd recommend going to ANY other pharmacy including out of town... seems to be this location only and not Freddy's pharmacy as a whole. They mess up all the time and on top of it we have to drive about 25 minutes each way to get to them so we call to verify, get told yes they're ready or started and will be and then get there and told not only have they not been started but it'll literally be all day till they get to them so we should "just go home"... MOST (other then 1 or 2) are extremely rude and treat you like you're inconveniencing them. Don't get me wrong it's a VERY stressful job sometimes I'm sure and things happen but EVERY month??
