Fred Meyer Pharmacy

Everytime I call the pharmacy to ask a general question, or pick up my prescriptions Conrad seems to be at the ready. He has been nothing but helpful, kind and always has an upbeat positive attitude when I see him, he was very persistant on offering vaccines I needed and to be honest I was always on the fence but he was very knowledgable and had convinced me, was in and out in no time. I have been coming here for years and im happy to see such a great addition to this team. Keep up the great work!

This Fred Meyer Pharmacy was the only one in town with my prescription drug in stock. Thankfully the pharmacy technicians call around and I was lucky otherwise I would need to wait at least 6 days for the shipping. I tried to get a prescription filled with my new insurance as I’m in the process of changing my name. Conrad was very rude and unwilling to help. I have ids with both last names and presented everything at the doctor’s office. A typical pharmacy will verify identity and work with the patient accordingly, and notate the prescription accordingly. The fact that he accused me of insurance fraud was uncalled for and disrespectful. Will be going elsewhere for future prescriptions

I love the pharmacy, great staff , very knowledgeable and efficient.

Waited over 90 minutes to pick up a prescription that had been called and faxed to the pharmacy 30 minutes before arriving. The employee kept telling us it would be 15 minutes. It is disrespectful to your customers to set false expectations, a simple "sorry but it might take an hour" would have been sufficient and reasonable.
