Franklyn’s is truly one of kind and genuinely care about their customers. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. I always get warm smiles, great service, and they have a team that actually remembers your name. The staff go above and beyond, whether it’s helping you understand your medications, working with your doctor to get things right, or just asking how your day is going. This place is very clean and shelves are well-stocked. So grateful to have them here in New Jersey!

Franklyn’s Pharmacy is an excellent family run pharmacy. Frank and his son are knowledgeable, caring pharmacists, always ready to give extra information when asked. The staff always greets me, usually by name, when I arrive. I appreciate the personalized attention. I would never go to a large chain pharmacy with long lines of sneezing, coughing people waiting for their prescriptions! They have my full confidence.

I'm not sure what's happened to this pharmacy recently, but their "help wanted" sign might be a clue. I used to get all my prescriptions filled promptly by a friendly staff member. Now, when I walk in, I'm often met with grunts instead of greetings. Half the time, they tell me they "can't get the medicine from their supplier," which results in ridiculous substitutions or, worse, not having my prescribed medication at all. The service has shifted from excellent to rude, making me feel like my presence is an inconvenience and I’m not receiving what I asked for. I understand that staffing is challenging, and that everyone is likely overworked, but that shouldn't be a customer's problem. Moving forward, I will be looking for a new pharmacy.

I decided to start going to Franklyn’s because I was tired of the wait and frequent lines at the large chain pharmacy. They offer personalized service and if there is an issue with a medication, they make sure it is resolved.

I went to pick up flu medication. They looked at me as contagious and the lady (pharmacist) at cashier threw the receipt. Very rude. I use this pharmacy for many years and used to be more friendly, but I wouldn't come back anymore. Very disappointing.
