Franklin Pharmacy

Having only used large drugstore chains before, it is so refreshing to give my local pharmacy my business. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they know me by name….. they keep me posted on when a script can be filled, and call me when it’s in. They will also do their best to get me the best price on a medication. And…..they actually answer the phone! No recorded messages with prompts to press. Highly recommend!

Been coming here for years. They know me by name when I walk in. Very friendly, professional and caring. Many times will refill my prescription even before I call it in. Always go "above and beyond"

On my way to pick up Thai food at Franklin Plaza when I was asked to ick up a few items at this independent pharmacy. Small and not overstocked but the pharmacist was helpful pointing out where to pick up my items and I paid and left. Not too many of these small independents. Hopefully it will stay that way for the local pop.

They did not give me the receipt of my UPS packages. I'm praying they arrive to destination
