The front desk team was extremely welcoming and supportive! It had been quite a while since my last dental visit, and I was truly impressed by how gentle and caring Dr. Lee and the staff were. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and treated me with genuine kindness throughout my appointment. I’m so happy to have found such a great dentist!!

These guys are incredible!!! Discovered Dr Lee and crew when my old dentist had a scheduling conflict and cancelled my app. After I had already taken the day off. Franklin Dental Co was able to get me in on that same day. Very grateful they did. Once there with my 3 year old son accompanying me. I was able to get a cleaning as well as a new mouth guard that is way more comfortable than the two previous guards I’ve had. As well my morning headaches have decreased significantly. On top of all that working out so well. I was also able to get my toddler a cleaning after mine. (It was his first cleaning) These guys were so sweet, so kind, and so welcoming. That he jumped right into the chair and had his whole cleaning without complaining or whining or crying. Not once!!! It was an amaz

A welcoming and warm environment with truly kind staff. I’m usually not a fan of going to the dentist, but they provided excellent service and made the experience much more comfortable. I definitely dislike going to the dentist a little less now!

Level of Care: Dr Lee is incredible. My teeth were in bad shape after pregnancy, a a move and breast feeding. She was frank but not judgey when she said I had periodontal disease. Her and her team gave me sincerity and a plan of action, which was really assuring for someone who usually took pretty good care of their teeth. I’m now back to my semi-annual cleanings, something I’ve never looked forward to until coming to this office. Logistics: I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes In the waiting room, even for a rescheduled appointment. I’ve never waited in the chair inside the room. It’s quick, it’s easy, it’s clean.

Dr. Le provides top notch dental services. She knows teeth & works very efficiently. She does not mind answering any questions & does what it takes to make sure her patients are satisfied. The staff are pleasant and provide kind, professional, speedy customer service. Highly recommended Franklin Dental Co.
