1 ER Nurse & 1 Nurse Practioner on duty. With a bloody hand, I was checked in and told to wait in the waiting room. After waiting a bit, the ER Nurse stuck her head in and said she was glad I had a bandage on it, and that all the rooms were tied up. No Questions about me being on Blood Thinner, and No Triage Accessment. 1-1/2 Hours Later I LEFT and drove to King's Daughters Medical Center in Brookhaven-- where I was promptly evaluated, checked on, and stitched up in Less Time than I sat in the FCMH Waiting Room (and they did the samething to My Elderly Daddy not long ago). FCMH Should Be Closed or only listed as a First Aid Station.

My family and I love this hospital and the staff!! Everyone from the staff in the cafeteria to the cleaning crew,Cna's and Doctors were very polite...The Young family would like to thank everyone at Franklin County Memorial Hospital for the excellent care that you guys provided to my uncle Mr.Reginald Young we are forever grateful to you guys for all your hard work and training that the hospital provided so we would be able to care for him at home..Thank you😘

I went to this hospital not knowing they would tell me I had COVID. The nurse on that night and her name was Angela was very nice and comforting. At times like these is what is needed someone to tell you and rub your shoulder and say just calm down you're going to be ok. Thank you Angela!!!!

When my son got burned they treated him so well I recommend this hospital to everyone
