All of the staff here is amazing. Kim was on top of it when I needed help scheduling and Dr. Piesko (young) has always done an amazing job and has helped me so much from braces to bite guards. I can thank him for the confident smile I have. Would highly recommend this place.

I would leave zero stars if i could. The dentist here dropped my daughter after i left a well deserved bad review for a friend of his in another city. It doesn't get anymore childish, petty, and unprofessional than that. The front staff lied and told me a different story each time i called. Sad and dishonest behavior from "professionals". Outside of that they are overbooked and understaffed. Scheduling was months behind. It was never a pleasant experience.

My son is having an allergic reaction to a bee sting. So I had to last minute call and ask to reschedule my three children's dental appointments. The receptionist kept trying to guilt trip me for over 5 minutes into trying to still bring my girls, which is impossible with covid because I have two other little children that can't come in. I repeatedly told her I can't. She even wanted me to drop off the two girls alone. I told her I'm not comfortable with that. I told her if she has to charge me for cancelation, then that's fine. I asked again to reschedule. She still then lectured me about canceling. Then I got frustrated and told her I'm taking my family of 7 out of there and not coming back and she hung up the phone on me. Quite disgraceful.

Dr. Alex Givens, Aubrey, and Laura were extremely helpful in helping me make priorities, figure out what could get done and still be covered with insurance, and making me feel good during bad news. I would easily recommend FFDA. So happy I chose this practice.

I want to thank doctor Ryan and staff the girls up at the front office Melissa and Cheryl all for getting me in to day after chipping a tooth they had me in within an hour filled it in and got me on my way, being a contractor time is money . That was premium customer care. I will highly recommend the professionals at Frankenmuth Family Dental for your dental needs:)
