Very unprofessional. Instead of letting me stay home for a few days w a sprained right ankle he told me no u can work and u can drive. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DRIVE W A FRESHLY SPRAINED ANKLE.... and it's my driving foot at that

Been going to this office for almost 10 years. Very pleased how each visit goes. Very nice and Dee is always awesome in the office. If I could give 6 stars I would.!

Horrible. Scheduled a 1030 appointment and over 2 hour wait and still not seen. Nurse was very rude and too busy having lunch with her mom to answer patients questions. No review on doctor bc still waiting to see him close to 3 hours past my son's appointment time smh dirty waiting area also no hand sanitizer or tissues if you wanted to use it either! Would not recommend find a different ortho if your insurance allows it. ** update for our 1030 appointment we were finally called back to a room at 1pm but yet to see the doctor.. Be prepared for a wait IF you decide to come here. If our insurance could be used somewhere else i would already be calling to schedule elsewhere.. My son Shea started going to Dr Frankel a few months ago- because of work I am not able to go to his appointments with him- so I have called the office to ask questions and get updated/ Dr Frankel gets on the phone with me and has a great bedside manner! This quality I truly appreciate the wonderful bedside manner!
