Frank Schlehr MD, PC

I've been to Dr. Schlehr's office twice recently and my experience has been pretty perfect. The office staff is friendly and efficient. I don't recall the gentleman's name that does my initial exam but he is very nice. Erin is fantastic, she has given me injections during both visits with very little pain involved. I have seen PAs elsewhere and didn't care for them, but I'll take Erin anytime. Dr. Schlehr is great as well. They all take their time and actually seem to care about my problem. A++

It's a fast-paced office. I've never had a "rude" experience with the office staff at all. Dr. Roberto is very competent and accessable. He explained the results of the MRI to me thoroughly. We both acknowledge I'll need meniscus surgery at some point, but that option isn't forced on me. I'm always in and out in under an hour. Very good.

I’ve had 3-4 appointments and not once has anyone been rude, in fact just the opposite! I’ve been to both offices and the staff has always been extremely nice. Dr Schlehr has been very patient explaining my injury and the risks I have due to another health condition I have. I’m extremely pleased with him and his staff.

I cant even rate how Dr. Schlehr is or the clinical staff is. I call today to get information. They pick up the phone said "hello", I had to ask if I was calling Dr. Schlehur's office. I asked if they took my insurance and needed a referral. I was told they did take my insurance and I didn't need a referral but were booking 6 to 8 weeks out. Then gave me 2 other places to call of different providers. I was not even offered to schedule an appointment just pushed off in another direction.

I called this office to make an appointment, recommended by another Dr. First person I spoke to said can not make an appointment without calling insurance first to make sure they accepted it. Did that. Called back to make an appointment person was rude and just talked over me every time I tried to speak. Finally got an appointment scheduled for a month later. A week or 2 before appt someone from office called and left me a message that appt needed to be rescheduled when I called back they just wanted to ask me about insurance information because my insurance company called the office. Spoke to again someone who was pretty rude. Finally day of appt I show up 10 min prior to appt time and am told I am not on the schedule and that they could not see me but they could give me another appt time
