, I went a long time ago to this dental office just to get a cleaning and after the dental assistant finished Petisani came in to check my teeth and looked at the assistant that cleaned them and said “ did you tell her about the cavity ?” I literally caught the assistant looking at him with a confused look like what’s he talking about I never went back and went to another dentist and was told I had nooooo cavities . So my mom has been going to him for a long time and went yesterday , she had an appointment at 11 and she waiting 2 hours before she got up to leave and they went after her and told her not to leave , she was very upset . Who does that ? Leave a patient in a room waiting for 2 hours and people just walked by and nothing . So they took her x- rays and charged her $200 and noth

After a week of calling to speak to billing and consistently being cut off while on hold, I drove to the office and spoke with the office manager and Dr. Pettisani. Both were very sweet and apologetic. I truly believe it was phone problem and not the office staff. While I was there Irina reviewed with me my bills, my payments, and my insurance payments for the substantial amount of dental work I had received that year. Irina was knowledgeable about my account. She was very patient when answering my questions and the issue was resolved. I continue to recommend Dr Pettisani. He's a great dentist with a great office staff.

Don’t waste your time, kept cancelling my daughter’s appointments, we weren’t made aware until we showed up. Very unprofessional staff, never answer the phones, just do yourself a favor and find a better dentist.

Dr pettisani seems like a competent dentist, the staff has cancelled 3 of my last appointment s ,the last time I had to spe60$ in transportation costs , oh you find out that my appointment was cancelled after receiving a text message asking me to confirm, each time I had to stop my blood thinners and take a round of antibiotics .I'm trying to work with his practice but my efforts are futile
