If I could give this review less than one star, I would. Dr. Scott is the most uncaring doctor I’ve ever been to. He obviously has lost the passion, if he ever had it, for helping people in pain. Hippocratic oath? What is that. That’s what it feels like with Dr. Scott. I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, which is a painful form of arthritis centered in the spine and hips. I went to him in pain and he completely minimized my symptoms, I felt like it was because I’m a woman. I’ve spoken to other former patients (women) of Dr. Scott and they all say the same thing. He kept calling me kiddo, which is very rude and condescending. I’m almost 60 years old! He spent no more than five minutes with me each visit and he has never physically examined me. This "physician" has no business being in practice. Hindered my mother's diagnoses and treatment because of his utter lack of treating people with any decency, let alone treating or CARING for patients. What office staff?? They don't DO anything besides disregard their patients and make healthcare even more frustrating for patients!!!

Dr. Scott is great, but his office staff could benefit from some management. I went to my scheduled appt, but had to cancel my visit due to the office never making sure my lab results, as well as MRI diagnostic studies, were received. I got the impression they don't intentionally prepare for the visits, and only if results are sent to them will the doctor have anything to review with the patient. It was unbelievable to myself that I had to go fetch my own Lab Corp results and reschedule the visit with his office. It was furthermore frustrating that while they realized there was a problem with my MRI result missing, that they had the audacity to prioritize taking the time to schedule a new patient right in front of me over trying to obtain my MRI results so I could possibly be seen at my a

Staff never answers the phone. Dr. is not organized regarding labs and appointments, he forgets his previous instructions. Does not answer specialty pharmacies regarding refills even when current with all appointments. Been waiting for over a month to get my dad’s prescription. Bad bedside manner, rushes out of the room without having all questions answered.

Front office staff is very rude. Dr. Scott himself is very open, professional and no nonsense, qualities I look for in a doctor. He is not the problem. A change in the office staff would make me give this place 4 stars. The office is too small with very limited seating which left me standing with a cane until a seat became available.
