Frank is an exceptional human & healer of all things related to the body. His knowledge never ends. The amount of information he has and shares is invaluable. I'm blessed to have been put in his path! Frank is incredibly gifted! I pulled my hamstring playing pickle, which I didn’t get checked out for 6 months. I heard From other pickle players, about him, and thank goodness I went! Frank showed me exercises to do with a lacrosse ball, and other suggestions for my tennis elbow, and I ‘m getting better. Still working on it… But better!! I’m too young to have pain, and Frank’s helping me figure out why.
