Avoid the ER here at all costs unless you want to receive a $5000 bill for spending 30 minutes in an emergency room and receiving exactly zero care or services. The staff are friendly, it’s not their fault. But the billing practices here are downright predatory and absurd. I received zero treatment and was inside for very little time but got a hell of a bill in the mail.

Generally, the clinic operates efficiently. Physician turnover has decreased, leading to improved patient recognition and a more thorough understanding of individual medical histories, issues, and concerns. During peak periods, clearly and assertively stating the purpose of your visit from the outset will expedite the process. I wish you a speedy recovery.

If I could rate it less than 1 star I would, the cost to have non emergency care is absurd at this hospital and they hide behind "insurance contracted rates" and refused to discuss cash costs. Absolute scam of an organization.

The Nurses, the techs and assistants were wonderful. They met my every need, were cherful even when I was not. I give the staff at Franciscan Health, Five Stars !

My mom was here for over 2 hours and didnt get help. Was having trouble breathing and her colon was giving her immense pain and still wouldn’t help. A joke of a hospital and I would strongly recommend not going here
