Our office urgently needed a medical clearance faxed over for a patient scheduled for surgery the next day. When I first called at 2:40 PM, the office manager, Mickey, stated the patient had just left and that the doctor needed a minute to finalize the clearance. I said no problem and simply asked that it be faxed to us, offering our fax number just in case. She responded that the front desk should already have it, and when I offered it anyway to ensure there were no delays, she seemed noticeably annoyed but took it. By 4:00 PM, we still had not received the clearance, so I called back. I spoke with Tatiana at the front desk, who stated the clearance had been given directly to the patient but that she could fax it over. This conflicted with what the manager had told me earlier. Everybody was very professional, friendly and courteous. They answered all my questions. It was a very pleasant experience.

Great doctor. I believe I’m alive today because of his care, I’ve never had a doctor call me to inquire how I was doing months after care. for me that spoke volumes.

MADE APPT W/DR PRIO BEYOND EXCELLENT DR...EXCELLENT BEDSIDE MANNER WHEN ARRIVING TO APPT. RECEPTIONIST SAID WE DON'T TAKE YOUR INSURANCE, I ASKED WHY DID YOU MAKE THE APPT. AT THE TIME I WAS HAVING REALLY BAD CHEST PAIN. OFFICE MNGR COMES OUT AND TELL ME DR PRIO WILL SEE YOU & THERE WILL BE NO BILL DUE TO THE OFFICE ERROR. HE GAVE ME AN EKG AND SAID NO BILL AND FOLLOW UP WITH A CARDIOLOGIST THAT TAKES MY INSURANCE AND I WILL NOT BILL YOU, 3 DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A BILL. CALLED THE OFFICE THEY LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR 58 MIN. HUNG UP ON ME THEN SENT 2 MORE BILLS. NOW I'M SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE. DR PRIOR DESERVES BETTER. THE NICEST DR I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME EVEN FOR THOSE 15 MIN.....YOU DESERVE BETTER DR PRIOR

Absolutely negligent! Never returned my mothers doctors office when her heart was literally stopping, sent one of his “associates” To check on her at the hospital 3 days later. Poor excuse for a doctor ! Should be ashamed. Go to a doctor who returns your phone calls and at least pretends to care !
