Called to make an appointment for my elderly mom as she is having crippling knee pain. Whomever I spoke to said, "We're surgeons. We don't deal with knee pain. That's regular ortho." I didn't even bother to explain that their website had a whole section on knee pain under their services. Wasn't worth my time. All I can say is good luck to those that actually get in here.

Crushed my finger off was amputated was sent here because I have no insurance.I'm was in pain could not reach anyone, left messages had to call hospital they said they the hospital won't help because of no insurance they say to leave a message but after 24hrs no response,Just be aware if you have an amputation they will leave you in the dark,I called my case manager at Fla hospital,also spoke to case coordinator at the orthopedic surgery group no help.If you don't have I insurance no one will help after.There's alot more that happened be aware you will be treated poorly.I still cannot believe how awful you get treated.

I went to the hospital yesterday and they gave the information for getting my knee exray and I can’t get them to answer the phone

I have left over 5 voicemails about my broken hand and no response.
