I took my daughter with special needs in and not knowing how it would go, considering it was her first visit to the dentist office. They made her feel very comfortable and welcoming! I can not say enough about this place. They were very good with my daughter and joked and played with her to make her feel comfortable. She did an outstanding job and best of all, no cavities!!! We are definitely going back for regular check ups and cleanings. She is not afraid of the dentist any more. Thank you Fox River Family Dentistry!

Friendly staff, considerate of needs and efficient. Great about discussing pros/cons of options for care. More concerned about the “long term health” of your teeth than just beauty and upscale services. I highly recommend Fox River Family Dentistry.

The staff and Doctor gave an honest evaluation and did not push unnecessary treatments or procedures. They gave honest advice on oral care. Very refreshing compared to my previous dentist always trying to push costly procedures to maintain an economic quota. I will recommend this dentist to every one.

For our Family not enjoying to go to a Dentist, Dr. Alex by far is our favorite here. He is so welcoming and does amazing with my girls. He gets down to their level and is very gentle and a kind person. I sure wish I would have had a dentist like him when I was a child. They treat you like family here, and I just can not say enough good things about them. Everyone is super friendly. Thank you for taking good care of my girls and my family.

Elizabeth has got to be one of the most stuck up woman I have ever talked to. She is extremely rude and doesn't care anything about helping patients. Not very professional to turn away new patients. You just lost a family of 7 people and I will be making this experience known around the area in any way I can. My wife nor I have ever been treated like this at any medical or dental facility. She turned us away because we were not 10 minutes early but according to my appointment list we had 2 appointments at 730 and 8am . We walked in at 703 am. Unbelievable. I will send an invoice for my time lost and my fuel to drive there and back.
