Four County Health & Rehabilitation

I truly think this is a great place overall! The facility has a new administrator, that is doing a great job. They also have a great management team, that is there to help with all your questions and concerns. The staff is very compassionate and from what I've seen, they love their job and taking care of the residents. If you have a love one that need rehab, long, or short term care, I would highly recommend Four County Health and Rehab!

I truly appreciated the way the nurses cared for my father while he was here and I will always be grateful for that. However, after my father passed I was grieving and did not return to pick up his belongings until yesterday. When my mom arrived with the box, it was devastating to see that nearly everything he owned, everything of value and meaning, was gone. They left behind one shoe in a box (with a smiley face) and it was not even his. It felt like a slap in the face. This was supposed to be part of my closure but instead it became a setback that reopened wounds. I pray that whoever took my father’s things truly needed them because it is heartbreaking to imagine someone stealing from a deceased man with no remorse and then placing the blame on the family. By far the most caring, friendly, competent and skilled staff at any rehab facility in South Georgia. From the office staff to nurses and dietitians to cleaning and maintenance all pitched in to provide the best care for my mother during her stay. Being a former nurse for more than 50 years she knew what excellent care was and how it should be done. She was very pleased with everyone at Four County. Making her happy meant so much to me and my family. I would highly and have personally recommended Four County to anyone needing such care for themselves or family member.

My mother in law was a patient there for several weeks recently and she received the very best care. The facility is clean and the staff are all so nice, professional and helpful. They were upbeat and cheerful when interacting with her and she had nothing but the best to say about them. The Administrator and office personnel were also very helpful with the paperwork and insurance questions. They always made time to take our calls and answer any questions we had. We were very pleased with this facility in every way and recommend it highly.

I am so thankful for all the staff at Four County. They have been so helpful and respectful to my sister and her family that visit. It is a 45 minute drive for us but the treatment for my sister is well wroth it.
