Debra was so wonderful and helpful in both preparing me for giving birth and aiding my postpartum recovery. She explained everything she did as she did it, and also explained the different pelvic floor muscles and their functions. The exercises she gave me to do at home were so helpful too. They ramped up in difficulty as I continued to recover. When she gave me standing exercises that really put weight on my pelvic floor, it took my strength to the next level. She was also able to help me with the carpal tunnel symptoms in my wrist I was experiencing from breastfeeding and other baby care tasks. She was easy to schedule with, ran on time, and was pleasant to speak with. I would definitely recommend Debra if you’re looking for a skilled and knowledgeable pelvic floor PT!
