Fountain Springs Nursing at Cape May

I would just like to thank all the staff for taking care of my Aunt Peggy while she was your Facility. My mom (Patti) was so thankful that she was in a caring atmosphere and the staff was phenomenal. My mom (Patti) said that from the first time she stepped into the facility it was the right one for my Aunt. The staff were truly amazing and so kind. They are professional, compassionate, caring, supportive. We would just like to thank each and everyone of you for the compassion you all show towards the patients. If you are looking for a place that you know your loved one will be in great hands then this is for you. My mom can’t stop talking about what a phenomenal experience it was for my Aunt. We thank each and everyone of you for all your hard work every day. You all are truly amazing!!

Very clean facility and very attentive, compassionate staff. Starting with Karen the administrator, Marcia the nurse, Stephanie in PT and literally all of the aides who assisted my 85 year old sister during her 3 week stay for rehab following a fall. Judy at front desk always friendly and helpful. I visited my sister almost every day and truly believed her safety and well being were top priorities for the staff. You certainly don't find such skill and patient first attention at many facilities.

We needed to quickly find a nursing home to care for mom. Not knowing where to turn or what to look for, we looked at a few in our area. Fountain Springs was by far the best option for her, and us. From the moment you walk in it is a friendly and warm atmosphere. The ladies at the front desk are so sweet and kind, and all of the staff is warm and welcoming. The nursing staff and aides are wonderful. We knew that we could go and speak to someone and be heard if we had any questions. It is clean, well lit, and smells fresh. For nearly five months, our mother was well cared for and we always felt assured of her safety. We truly would not hesitate to recommend Fountain Springs to anyone who is looking to have a loved one taken care of. We cannot thank the staff enough for all they did for our

My 65 year old sister Kay was admitted to Fountain Springs Nursing at Cape May appx one year ago. She was admitted after multiple stays at the local hospital for injuries that could not be treated at her home. Initially admitted as a rehab patient and then as long term care. Kay was a special needs patient. Being down syndrome with little to no verbal communication made her needs even harder to fulfill. Initially I was concerned if her needs would be met however she wasn't there very long before those concerns subsided. She was kept clean, fed, properly clothed and given required medical care. They kept me informed of any changes and when the end grew near made sure she received compassionate care. That said a great big THANK YOU goes out to all of the staff; the nurses, aides, supervisor

If I could possibly give a zero I would. Unsanitary. Incompetent staff. My Father has passed away because of the lack of care. Seriously. DO NOT send anyone there if you Love them. The social services are lovely..but that's social not medical. Please. I beg you. If you have a loved one look elsewhere. Fast
