The space is calming, with a design that feels both luxurious and cozy. The massage was incredible, leaving me in a state of pure relaxation that lasted well into the next day. I had a therapeutic massage with Lydia at The Fountain Spa, and it was incredible. I’ve been dealing with bad back and shoulder pain for weeks, but after one session, I feel so much better. Lydia was so skilled, using a mix of deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and stretching to release the tension. The atmosphere was calming, and she really took the time to focus on my problem areas. My back and shoulders feel more flexible, and I’m pain-free! Highly recommend Lydia for anyone dealing with muscle tension or discomfort.
